STARZ is our first collaboration with  experts in flavour, Yonder Brewing. We had the pleasure of pouring next to Jasper & the team at IndyMan Brew Con this year and invited them down to Mitcham for a day of brewing. Whilst we stayed true to our course and brewed a 6.2% NEIPA we packed it full of Citra and Vista hops that deliver big fruit salad flavours of melon, tropical stone fruit, and white peach.
